Together with our professional measurement technology partner Helmut Fischer, we are able to optimize our antimicrobial surface coatings for i.e. healthcare applications that require high quality standards and price sensitive solutions. The X-ray fluorescence analysis enables us to precisely analyze the layer thickness and composition of AGXX-coatings. The image below shows an exemplary analysis of an AGXX-coated polyethylene foil. The method enables us to speed up the product development and make decisions and adjustments almost in real-time.
